I Love Living in Washington (state that is...)

Thursday, September 9, 2010

Last week I was able to see three of my good friends from attending Brooks: Karen, Steph and Tim. I'm sure you'll recognize the latter, since their beautiful faces have been on my blog before. Here are photos from our day trip to Sequim and Port Townsend, both places I have never been before. I can tell you one thing, it won't be the last time I'll be visiting. I loved these quiet little towns!

Stephanie and Tim | Portraits

Thursday, July 1, 2010 | |

Remember these two?? Tim and Steph are two friends I was lucky enough to meet during my time at Brooks. They're here for part of their summer vacation and yesterday, I had the chance to come up to Seattle and spend the day with them. The three of us saw Eclipse (Tim reluctantly), had some food and coffee, and overall, some good times. I, of course, had to photograph them. It was pretty much mandatory. Ha. They're a pretty good-looking couple... am I right or am I right?

If you've got nothing better to do, check out Tim's work here and Stephanie's blog here! You won't regret it- they're rad.

Take Me Instead | Portraits

Thursday, April 8, 2010

Introducing to all of you my friends, Take Me Instead... (Check out their musice!) I went to high school with these kids! They've been a band for awhile now and are currently on tour through all the Hot Topics around the Puget Sound as well as a few in Oregon. I had a great time with these guys a few days ago as we headed to Discovery Park for some updated band photos. I also invited fellow photographer, Hailey Moore along. You can check out this shoot from behind her lens at her blog here.

The last few times I've photographed this band, we've attempted studio shots. I was so exciting to get these guys on- location and to do some outdoor shots. Love these! Enjoy enjoy enjoy!

Mandie | Just Portraits

Sunday, January 24, 2010

I first met Mandie through cadre, which are small groups broken off from The City Church. She is another local photographer here in Seattle and is currently attending SPU as well. The two of us definitely hit it off through our love of photography and of course, our love for Jesus! We decided to hang out and just shoot for fun the other day so she took me to Kerry Park for the first time, which has the greatest view of the Seattle skyline ever! Anyway, here are some shots from our hangout! After we shot, we had some coffee and discussed some exciting news which I'll be sharing soon as soon as we finalize everything! I'm way excited!

Be sure to check out Mandie's work here! She's awesome :)
